Freestanding Mezzanine

Company wanted a mezzanine that would utilize the vertical space over a loading dock area. Cubic Mezzanine was designed with columns that were positioned along the dock doors at staggered intervals. Column footings were designed to support wider spans on the inboard side. NOTE: This allowed the mezzanine columns to be positioned as close as possible to the existing building columns. Mezzanine was integrated into the loading dock area without disrupting traffic flow.
