Sandia National Laboratory needed an exterior platform to mount instrumentation required for an Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program. Cubic Mezzanine was erected over two ISO containers. The mezzanine stair was designed to permit differential movement to compensate for frost heave of the mudsill base.
