Company has a complex array of machines that feed product vertically and horizontally. They wanted a mezzanine system that would elevate and support the heavy weight of the machinery (approximately 120,000 lbs.) with very little tolerance for deflection. Additionally, they wanted the lower level of the mezzanine to provide open space with required spans. Solution:
Cubic Designs designed a mezzanine system that totals 7200 sq. ft. The mezzanine features four 2-story towers that sit on the main deck and support hoppers/feeders for other machines. Results:

Cubic Designs was also selected because they are a licensed fabricator for Clark County, NV. Cubic Designs custom designed and fabricated a mezzanine system that met the exact needs of Firestone Building Products.
