Equipment Support Mezzanine with Enclosures

Description:
Western Container needed to install a machine used to re-grind plastic bottles that are not formed correctly or are otherwise defective. Machine needed to be located above another machine in the re-grind area. Western Container is very conscious about the cleanliness and appearance of their facilities and wanted machinery to be enclosed to keep dust and noise to a minimum.

Solution:
Cubic Designs worked with a modular wall supplier to essentially create a large room around a 400 sq. ft. mezzanine. The mezzanine supports the
re-grind machine as required.

Results:
Cubic Mezzanine with enclosure walls provided Western Container with the space they needed for the re-grind machinery.

Special room enclosures help to contain the dust and reduce noise generated from the re-grind machine.

Western Container has selected Cubic Deigns for other mezzanine solutions at various facilities.
