Over an 18 month period, ten separate mezzanines were installed. The mezzanines were used for a variety of applications from storage of excess furniture and facility equipment to creating a new area for the company's fitness center. Deck heights ranged from 4' (recycling platform) to 16' (compressor platform). Four different deck surfaces were used: plywood, duraflake, concrete and galvanized bar grating. Company created a flexible floor plan designed to accommodate a rapidly changing business. The utilization of mezzanines resulted in space cost savings and reduced the number of areas that are affected by continuing floor plan changes.
