Meet the Team-Front Office

Meet the administrative team that keeps things running smoothly at Cubic.

Mike Czarnecki

Mike CMike graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting degree.  After college, he spent 4 years as a manager at Reilly Penner Benton CPA’s and he went on to become a partner at Sattell, Johnson, Appel & Co CPA’s. In 2000 Mike joined Cubic Designs as the Vice President of Finance.  When he’s not keeping the entire team on budget, Mike enjoys traveling, motorcycling, and spending time enjoying life on a lake.





Patti Anderson

PattiPrior to joining the Cubic Designs team in 2011, Patti spent 26 years working in corporate banking.  As Office Administrator, Patti plays a vital role in everyday operations at Cubic Designs.  Not only is she the one most likely to answer the phone when you call into the office, she can often be found helping each department with various projects.  Patti does a little bit of everything! Outside of work, Patti plays guitar in her church’s rock band and enjoys drawing and painting.



Joanne Hughes

JoanneJoanne attended Washington University in St. Louis where she received her Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Finance.  After graduation, Joanne worked for Citicorp Mortgage in St. Louis.  When her family moved to Wisconsin, Joanne decided to spend several years at home raising her two sons before getting back into the mortgage business.  In May of 2008, she joined the Cubic Designs team.  As the Accounting Manager, Joanne handles most money related items; payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, to name a few.  Outside of the office, Joanne thoroughly enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s biking, hiking, gardening or just sitting on her back patio reading a book.




Linda Arend

LindaLinda received her degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and went on to receive her MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.  Prior to joining the Cubic Designs team in July of 2015, Linda was the Human Resource Manager at General Plastics in Glendale, WI.  As HR Manager, Linda has her plate full with managing employment, benefits, safety, employee relations and training & development.  In her free time, Linda loves to travel.
